How is a 0$ MLS listing possible?I am doing input for free. When your home sells I collect a very small fee of $300! Thanks to the landmark decision on NAR's commission it now you no longer have to offer a buyer's agent commission!

How Does a Traditional Realtor Work?Normally a contract is signed with a sellers agent for 5-6% of the selling price. The seller's agent splits the commission with the buyer's agent that brings a buyer. 86% of buyers purchased their home through a real estate agent or broker.

Can I switch from flat fee to full-service?You can switch to full-service at anytime. The cost is 2% of the final sale price. This is paid at the closing table and covers the cost of the listing agent! The buyer's agent is paid by the buyer!

How long is the listing good for?The listing will 3 months. You can pause the listing, move to pending, move to sold, at anytime. When you move to sold ,your listing term is up!

Do you have any tips to help me sell my home?Tip 1 - Professional photography is very helpful. It shows potential buyers the space and can help make your home look amazing! Remember a clean home is a happy home! ​ Tip 2- Pricing is everything! It is so important to price it right from the start! You want to have as many people and as much interest as possible. This could generate a bidding war! If you decide you want to price high too, that is okay!

Should I offer a commission to the buyer's agent?No, the buyer is responsible to pay their own commission!

Why Cant I sell My Home For Sale By Owner?You can, but its hard unless you have it listed on the MLS. In 2021, 86% of buyers purchased their home through a real estate agent or broker. Buyer's agents don't show their clients for sale buyer owner properties. Buyer's agents use the MLS and show their clients properties featured on the MLS.

What is the MLS?Multiple Listings Services MLS are private databases that are created, maintained and paid for by real estate professionals to help their clients buy and sell property.

Why is this cheaper than a normal Realtor?By using this service you are basically cutting out the middle man. We are an input service. We can provide limited guidance, forms, and referrals but you handle the majority of the transaction!

What area do you serve?Currently, we only service Connecticut. We are in the process of getting licensed in Florida, and New York

How many changes can I make a month?You are allowed 2 changes a month. Keep in mind, this service is so inexpensive, I am not guaranteed to make money, so I can only spend so much time per listing.
